 27 October 2009 | visits 773

International Human Rights Clinic Fellow Amna Akbar is seeking a research intern to research and track developments in legislation and pubic debate around US-based accountability efforts for Bush-era torture and post-9/11 policies; and to research "Third World Approaches to International Law". The scope of the research may shift over time, but the focus will remain on research/analysis of accountability and transparency efforts for US "war on terror" policies domestically and abroad.

Please submit via e-mail one paragraph explaining your interest, and attach your resume, to amna.akbar@nyu.edu by end of day on Friday, October 30, 2009. The position will require 5-10 hours weekly through the fall and possibly into the spring. This is an unpaid position.
